I really like him but he does often seem to get stopped dead in his tracks when taking a hit up

Defensively he was great tonight, 50 tackles I think. He was all over the Bunnies forwards all game and played a very important role in making Cook ineffective and did his job.

He’s a good energy to have around. Really passionate about the team it seems.
Remember when we let McIntyre go and kept Seyfarth and the forum (myself included) was devastated. 50 tackles, 2 misses against an origin fringe forward. Not a bad night for Big Red

seyfarth didn't play last week
He was ineffective with the ball tonight, 11 hitups for 74mtrs - 6.7mtrs a run which is terrible for a forward. He also had the slowest play the ball speed of all our forwards. But he made 50 tackles and played hardly any football the last 12mths. I will cut him slack tonight.
People said Twal is ineffective too...
Doesn't miss tackles and holds the defence together.
The stats don't paint the full picture.
Seyfarth had a good game and handle his opposition really well.
Room for improvement of course, but he's not the only one.a

Reminds me a lot of Elijah Taylor, the good and the bad. He's much younger though and I'm keen to see how he develops
Seyfarth did his job beyond what we all would've expected before the game started.

His defence is a must. Shame his attack needs so much work, but I'm sure he will work hard on that. But boy I love his defence.

I’m saying that, terrific effort from Seyfarth last night.
I know he cops a lot of hate.
The guy has a lot to work on and all that but man, he was huge tonight in defence.

Hopefully the boys work with him on attack in the pre season because this guy has a whole lot to offer.

I always liked him. I think he is much better in the middle. He worked all game out there and even got a good try assist out wide.
