Hope they implant some fast twitch fibres when fixing his pec. Needs to rediscover some of the aggro we saw his first few games. Red heads are supposed to be regulars at the judiciary.

Like I said some time ago, he is a labourer and every site needs them. Long as he doesn’t give away stupid penalties, runs and tackles hard, he is doing his job.

Big Red today ditches his sling for the first time four weeks after going under the knife.

Pectoral tears are at the serious end of the scale for sports injuries, usually requiring a three-to-four-month period of intensive rehabilitation. One month on, Seyfarth is well on the road to recovery and delighted to be out of the sling.
