Forget the individual names.
Anyone other than Morris in the halves and someone who has played enough at fullback to position well, organise the defence and back up the ball.
Thats all sheens had to do.
& to those saying it's petty, it's petty for the first season or so.
3.5 seasons (& realistically too late for that 1/2 season) later it's infuriatingly ridiculous.

I've watched Moltzen for 3 and a bit years and always knew he belonged in the halves even when Sheens stuffed him around in the 20's last year....but maybe the intro to first grade from fullback was what he needed to know himself he could 'Step Up'......Did you like his kick chase today...I loved it.....
What about the defence today after time and time again we still shot ourselves in the foot.....

Moltzen is an Aus schoolboys rep…AND he played pivot last year when Benji was out, including a nice performance in Townsville.
It was OBVIOUS he offered way, way, way, way more than Johnny Morris (1 try assis in 17 ROUNDS...ONE...!)
It was also OBVIOUS that Johnny was suited to the number 14 role...off the bench and tackle, tackle, tackle. Nowhere near the halves and he's a very solid player.
We will likely miss the finals for the 4th year in a row...and you can directly link it to Sheens being too stubborn to make changes.
Bellamy realised Inglis was working out at 6...so he made the change after 5 rounds.
Sheens took 16 rounds to make his change.

The way I see it, getting Morris out of the halves is a no-brainer. Everyone knows he is not a halves backside, can't pass, kick or control play. Do I need to be a coach to know that? No. I just need to watch a game or two.
League is a simple game. Meatheads play in the forwards, creative players with skill and vision and kicking and passing ability play in the halves. Morris fits into the first category, not the second one.
It shouldn't have taken so long and ultimately it will cost us.
