Nah it would be good
NRL kicks in 20 Mil
One home ground
West’s Tigers Forum could charter flights
Still get to see them play in Sydney against Parra / Souths / Chooks etc

I don't like you, you used to be cool

Don’t you live in Perth ?

Exactly!!!!!

And .......

I don't want this garbage club here. ?

Imagine the benders at the Burswood ?

I am serious though. I think Perth can sustain a team and I'd hate to think that expansion of our great game would be in these knobs hands.

Knobs being NRL or knobs being West’s Tigers ?

Wests.

You’re probably correct ...

As if these blokes would know how to go hard on a night on the piss ..they'd be looking for Ronny Palmer after 4 drinks

Mentioned this in the live game thread. We look 2-3 yards slower than the opposition in everything that we do. In attack we find ways to create unforced errors and our 5th tackle options are not to first grade standard and actually give the opposition momentum and put us on the back foot. In defense we have no lateral movement in the middle third, turn our hips in when ever the ball is moving and look to have only 11 men in the line with no idea where the opposition centres and wingers are lined up. Our highest paid players are amongst our worst. This is all compounded by the complete and utter mental weakness that exists, to the point where we cannot handle success, adversity or tough moments.

I think fans just need to adjust their expectations, as we're still suffering from an accumulation of effects - from poor governance of the past- in which the recovery process will take some time.
We have a unique and very complex set of challenges with its own limitations, and there are few options and solutions available to us right at this minute.

We're going in the right direction but it requires a little patience, as otherwise you'll be feeling a bit let down each and every time any structural issues in our foundations(club and team level) are revealed.
There's no magic wand just progressive actions to help overturn or correct/alleviate these problem areas.

We've brought Madge, Hartigan and Gray into our systems which is indicative of positive leadership changes from our administration. Now we wait out to see how this seeps down at team level, and despite the failure of consistently achieving better results or performances, we do know Madge has personally promoted standards to the group...this is where it begins.

Please do not take this the wrong way but fans just need to get real. We're never gonna be at elite level with our current playing group and we need show some patience.

Agree 100% Lauren. Big wheels turn slowly. My time horizon for higher expectation is 3 years from now when the CoE is fully operational, we still have the same coaching team, we have a very professional board and a team in the top 4 which is competitive in every game.

Matty John's was talking about showing up to a training session in 2005 and he said he has never seen a session like it since

He turned to someone and said they have a huge chance

I don't expect us to win a premiership again in my lifetime and I'm 52

Someone must believe in us to throw $58m in for a training centre?
Our team is a direct reflection of our board. As fans, our expectations are based on previous results because we feel powerless to change the team’s direction. Honestly if I performed like one of those players on $800k, I couldn’t sleep at night.

9 years of no Semis is a fair degree of patience though Lauren, in regards to the poor governance, we’ve had the same CEO for over 5 years, is he accountable?

There are no consequences in Australian sport and most definitely not at this club. We can be shit forever - "there's always next year."

If anyone seriously thinks we are going places other than backwards they have rocks in their head.

Matty John's was talking about showing up to a training session in 2005 and he said he has never seen a session like it since

He turned to someone and said they have a huge chance

I don't expect us to win a premiership again in my lifetime and I'm 52

I said to my wife last week I want my son to see the Tigers play finals football. He turns 2 in November.

Did your wife laugh ?

Big wheels keep on turning

Proud Madge keeps on burning

Rollin ...rollin ......rollin onto 13th

Makes you wonder how Tim Sheens conjured up a gf . He was truly remarkable.

I have three daughters who all lost interest at about age 5 thank God. I'd feel guilty if I had a mad tigers fan as a child.

I’ve longed stopped caring if I’m totally honest. I watch games like that and I’m numb. Not a bad feeling on nights like this. On the bright side, good to see AD stand up. Best game of the year.

It’s just setting them up for a lifetime of disappointment.
