Another Moses headline

Moses reminds me of Anasta, over rated but the press think he is the next immortal. Anyway like his uncle, he will give any Jurno a headline and loves to have his melon on TV.

As for being devastated, Cleary worked you out quick smart and yes you tanked it big time and yes you are gutter scum

Mitchell thinks he's another Thurston but actually plays like a Neville. The sooner he realises that defense is something he needs to do and not something the fans sit behind, then he'll be worth listening to.

The closest he comes to Thurston is having an S and an O in his name.

One is a future immortal and a top, humble and caring guy.

The other…

A self centred, pea heart that will never have the talent or humble caring nature of Thurston.

Go and find yourself a dead bear Moses - I am sure you know what to do with it!

^^^^^This from one of his most ardent supporters Pre Defection…I love it..

Spot on..

Yes Geo - extremely disappointed in this guy and the way he went about leaving "his beloved Club" - yeah right! To come out and say what he did in this latest story, just gets you incensed.

Russ, for our sakes slimey has moved on,I don't care how he goes next year because I don't follow the Eels, however we will be a better team and club without him and his manager around,Ivan has been very good for us this year and the trend will definitely continue…

My only concern is Brooks is still shacked up with him and Rorter Teddy. You cant pick your family but you can pick your friends.

Too old to be tearing strips off a self absorbed 22 year old who became carried away with his own publicity. We created the monster so must take some responsiblity.
Lessons for all to be learned not just Moses.

All I can see next year is our number 7 struggling and MM going from strength to strength. That will peeve me off the most.

I wouldnt be so sure Moses will go from strength to strength next year maxxy. He didn't show anything with the Eels that he hadn't already demonstrated at our club: the inconsistency, the occasional flash of brilliance, the shaky defence, the hit and miss kicking game….......that is the player he is. A temperamental rocks and diamonds enigma.
He was afforded a honeymoon period this season at the Eels- without a shadow of a doubt the expectation, external pressure and critique from the media will be ramped up ten-fold in 2018 and beyond. As Mitch has shown before, during times of adversity he is more than happy to head for the quick exit, his soft mentality will be sternly put to the test. Not sure he will flourish TBH.

there's no one i hate more in the nrl right now than this little piece of something.

these idiots think that the club owes them stuff.. they feel that they are bigger than the team, the club and the game. if he had said, i saw no future there and that i selfishly wanted to go to the eels then fine, but to say that i felt betrayed they didnt want me there, well you were playing like crap, what did you expect scumbag?

The similarities between Moses and his uncle Benny Elias are uncanny…both love the spotlight

Thought I saw something a while back that the Slimey one had moved out of the house at Hunters Hill.

There will be huge expectation on him next year to carry them into the top 4.
I'm really looking forward to see how that goes.

Who gives a shit about Moses. There will be huge expectation on Brooks to carry us into the finals series.

Who gives a s*** about Moses. There will be huge expectation on Brooks to carry us into the finals series.

I would not be expecting that in your Xmas stocking.

Cry me a river. How long was the contract in front of him before it got taken away? All that time to sign and nothing doing. Soon as it gets pulled he has a sook and says he wasn't wanted.

Cleary was justified in pulling the offer.

How about avoiding threads with his name in the title then.

Except Benny was a champion player who delivered quality every week. And he never bailed on his mates and club because he felt "unloved".

Looks like his manager has been organising a few puff pieces to try to repair his image.

The sad thing is, it will work. Parra fans, and league fans will eat this stuff up and look at us as the bad guys, despite us giving him every chance. I predict Tedesco will be next complaining that we gave him and Woods a deadline and that he had no choice. And again the greater RL community will eat it up. Only we Tigers supporters know the truth, as we were the only ones living and breathing this saga, every day for 12 months. As outside observers, we are in the best position to judge. One of the best things Cleary has done so far is upon arrival stamping out the "big 4" rubbish. It should now be the clubs no 1 priority to never give so much influence to the players ever again. And that goes back to the days of Farah and Marshall.

I agree unfortunately mate. Besides the average punter, I always wonder if the papers actually

1) Really believe in these stories since they only ever hear bias from the Player managers; or
2) They are so heavily in the agents pockets, because of the amount of information they are feeding them, that they have to spin everything how they ask despite what they know.

It kinda seemed like Paul Kent opened up his opinion the more and more he was exposed to Woodsy directly on NRL360… so I'm really not sure if these media guys are somewhat blinded or bought.
