Time to move on , clean out the roster and start signing some hard heads with big match experience

I'm just talking about for depth. Grab a couple good NYC players, stick em in ISP and build strong competition for spots. Just talking about getting some cheap up and comers.

The experience you buy will filter down. Our existing youngsters will learn from them, further developing and creating depth.
