Pretty sure Timbrell Park is free on Thursdays. They have fields marked out too which will make things easier. Plenty of parking around there too

I just started shift work too so am available whenever every now and again. Timbrell would probably be the best option but I'm not sure if the lights come on though and there are Soccer teams that train down there.

If everyone could turn up we'd have 6 on 6 which is the rep format some competitions play. But we don't want to be depending on people who may not able to turn it up. Another 6 players would be perfect. Can anybody bring some more players?

Timbrell Park sounds good to me. Is anybody who lives near Timbrell able to check it out on Thursday night to see when the lights are on & if there's room for us to play?

Sounds very promising that this is going to occur. When the time is right for the official day a new thread should be made saying 'Official Touch Football Day' or something like that. Just hopefully someone remembers to bring a ball, I'll be sure to bring one along just in case.

thought i might tell you that footy clubs train tuesday, wednesday and thursday so you might want the game on a friday….not sure if they use that park though
