Our fans have long been over rating his performances over the past couple of years as they have been with Bula and it is fan pressure that have forced us into paying way overs to retain these players.
If Tristan Hope played like Api did today he would be ridiculed and kicked to the curb, but Api because of his reputation he escapes criticism.

Not from me, the couple of errors he made were unforgivable.

People won’t admit it, but api was close to our worst player yesterday

His service from dummy half is really sloppy, and his slow jinky deception stuff really doesn’t fool anyone. Maybe the origin stuff has really affected him because I thought he was pretty average against the dolphins aswell

Everyone has a day when things don’t go how they should, but you could count those days from API on one hand 🖐️
He is consistently one of our best players every other week and is still one of the best no:9’s in the competition.
I wish the other 16 players in our squad each week would put the same effort API puts in because I’m sure if they did the team would be sitting much higher on the ladder.

Is Haywood physical enough to be throwing him out

I heard Haywood and his family thought he wasn’t ready for first grade yet which probably says a lot about his physicality at the moment.

He’s too small and too young to throw him into grade yet IMO. I’d be giving him another year and offseason to develop his game in cup and get himself physically ready.

Do you know technology has advanced so much in this day and age that there is an incredible piece of scientific equipment known as the tunneling electron microscope? It’s so powerful that by firing electrons you can actually see images of the atom, the infinitesimally minute building block of our universe. If I were using that microscope right now... I still wouldn't be able to locate my care factor in your opinion of me.

I think we've just got to game manage Api better. Lanyon looked capable, spread the load.
Not sure that Benji quite gets the interchange yet !

100% what I say all the time. If only the rest of the team got inspiration from Api and put in the same effort as him we’d be a different team. He never gives up.

Crazy how things get blown out of proportion. I worded at the end of my post he hasn’t been himself the past couple games, maybe due to the origin stuff… its like I said he should be fired out of a canon into the sun or something

I think Api's been below his best since the suspension, it's changed since then, doesn't seem as fit and decision making not as sharp.

I suppose the ins and outs don’t help, losing KPP, Fainu, Twal and Hunt in the forwards takes me back to the wooden spoon years when looking at our pack

The proof was there to see at the beginning of the season with most of the same side winning, can't remember a team list since then that hasn't been disrupted from another injury.

It's such a shame with a consistent side we would be on much more points and a great chance in the finals, that's the luck of a Tigers supporter unfortunately.
