I think they stack up well against other juniors around the league. But they're a long way off being average/good 1st graders.

Next phase is development. But I'm not sure we have great programs in place that allow these guys to reach their development ceiling.

Seems to me that a lot talented juniors stagnate in their development with the Tigers, but improve rapidly when exposed to other clubs systems...

So Yes they are good..
