**Membership**
Understand giving an Elite Member (2 years) the opportunity to ask questions however this segment could have been better structured sure you get great access to players, Seats and most importantly contribute to club, but you also pay extra.

Prefer to have covered off the following.
* Membership types and costs for 2021.
* How many Rolled Memberships from 2020/2021.
* What is our KPI Target in 2021 for membership numbers?
* Merging of membership database from old system to new and issues surrounding dates joined, why did club change?
* Historical data with membership numbers last 5 years.

Other points - Listening to also what the supporters wanted.
Passion for wanting the club to succeed and a handshake agreement needed to be formally signed off.

Overall like the weekly updates and variety of topics but also need to advertise where members can send in there questions at the end of the segment with there member number also noted so don't have non members ask questions, Cheers.

Is there a option in the future to get fan opinions on the jersey designs

Or accept or hold competitions where fan designed jerseys can be submitted voted and reviewed upon and then made as the winner, in which the club proceedes to print the design

A bit negative but what happens if we aren't able to make the top 8 for 1-2 years more.

Do we start from scratch again, are there thoughts of merging with another team, has the NRL spoken to us about our failures?

Bar results, we are in a very strong position, couldn’t see any merger coming, why would the NRL speak to us about “failure”? What failure, no offence but that is crazy talk, it’s a 16 team competition where someone will win and someone will lose, we are middle of the road atm, that’s what salary cap does, do you think we will stay there? what about teams who have never won the comp?

We are definitely doing great off the field with FTA rankings, members and profitability in general. And kudos to the current management for that.

But as fans, I end up constantly feeling shortchanged for being a member when we don't win. 3 top 8 finishes in 21 years is a failure in anyone's definition. The current staff seems to be doing as good as possible but is there somewhere we draw the line? We have literally changed chairment to head coach to captain 3x over in the last 10 years with little to no result on field.

On the forum, we are quite aware of both on and off field results, but your average Joe sees the Tigers as losers.

i just think fan involvment around jersey design would be something nice to consider
