Ask The Boss Segment

Just watched the segment again. Interesting that Farah in charge of middles, hopefully he will get API playing improved footy Lol !!!
Might teach him how to kick the odd field goal.
I personally think Robbie( and his ego) is the week link in the new coaching set up but happy to be proven wrong
Now I know Benji sat for his coaching certificate, does anyone know if Robbie did as well.
As others have said, during the few times I've engaged with Farah - absolute gentleman, loves the Tigers too.

Wished me happy birthday when I was at his restaurant when i was there in its brief existence.

I don't think his long term futures in the coaching box anyway, eyes on a management role of some kind..... future CEO maybe 😍

He’ll have to do some work on his hair if he wants that job !

Can't agree sorry Earl. The COE is a huge plus. Have you been part of a modern football training centre? If you have then tell how it hasn't help the team.
There is a lot to co-ord on trg day and to have it all at you fingertips is a bonus.
I agree that the roster is most important but the training facilities comes a close 2nd imo.
COE is a huge deal. Having everything in one place is so good. You can gym, hit the field for a training session, have a bite to eat, then use the hot and cold recovery pools.

I think Api understands his role as a hooker pretty well, evidenced by his 3 premiership rings.
It’s our forwards that need all the help they can get. Being a hooker and coach Robbie will be able to shape our forwards attack around APIs strengths and he may be able to teach Api a thing or two however it’s our middles that are clueless.

Everyone talks about Robbie’s ego but I met the bloke 2 weeks ago at the Randwick races and he had all the time in the world for me and was genuinely excited to be apart of the Lebanon and tigers coaching staff. I think his heart is in the right place
100% Scare! Robbie, his skill & his love & passion for this club is what is missing isn some of our players. A legend in this club & in his own right. Ive said it before & ill say it again.. he had more skill than Cameron smith by a country mile & had he had the luxury of playing with the non complying salary cap cheating quality forwards of Melbourne would have be lauded as The GOAT of all hookers.

Will always be grateful for giving this qlder the time of day, he was definitely excited for his coaching roles with both wt and Lebanon. Told him I’ve added Lebanon to my multi for the World Cup so Sportsbet can also be grateful for Farahs contribution 🤣

I get it. Most of my comments were tongue in cheek. I’m not a great Robbie fan.

I have no confidence in this at all. There are so many changes to the team for next year we might improve but I think the most important part will be Sheens getting the team to attack.
The more going for us the better. You've not really given any valid points in why the COE is not going to help us though.

He seems a good bloke ...meet him at Townsvile Airport the night before the 64
-6 shellacking in 2015 ....it was the night after the Footy Show interview about Tallis and his comments about Potter from memory....and West Ham had just beaten Liverpool for the 1st time in about 100 years lol ...I think when you talk to footy players don't bring up footy and they are happy to chat ....the other blokes who seemed cool were Rowdy Austin and Simona really good with the kids ...meeting Skando was the highlight for me

two years time hopefully Robbie takes over from Pascoe or Robbie learns over the 2 years then steps in to GM of football much like ikin is Brisbane
My understanding is Robbie has completed a University degree and he is very successful entrepreneur / business / developer in his own right.
