Adam Hartigan — General Manager – Football

Michael Maguire — Head Coach

Andrew Webster — Assistant Coach

Shane Millard — Assistant Coach

Brett Hodgson — Assistant Coach

Andrew Gray — Head of Performance

Ronnie Palmer — Performance Coach

Steve Hooper — Performance Coach

Aaron Sculli — Performance Coach

Well her is the list in 2020 and the only change within the rumors is Dean Young currently head coach of the Dragons back to assistant next season.

I sometimes wonder if we are over coached????
To many mixed messages????

Pretty common to have that many coaches. If all the coaches work together there won’t be any mixed messages

This is probably a totally superficial way to look at the world, but I have always looked at how badly out of shape Andrew Webster is and thought that if he doesnt have the self discipline to get himself in order, how would he expect to instill it in others.

Dean Young is the ploddiest plodder to have ever plodded.

The Roosters are also after him as an assistant. That's a pretty good indication he is highly regarded.

So his old man works at the Chooks now, does he?

I think you have the wrong Andrew Webster.

No I have the right Andrew Webster, ex Balmain, redhead assistant coach of WT.

Well he must have got out of shape pretty quick - he looked pretty fit on a Q & A with Pascoe at the start of the year.

I'd say we need three new assistants. Hodgo is rubbish and the other two can't be anything great. Fresh blood, new ideas, no previous allegiances.

No jobs for the boys. Just the best candidates.

And no to Flanno, even though there's a few good sorts in his stable.

Interested how you've drawn the conclusion that Brett Hodgson is 'rubbish'?

Two very experienced and successful head coaches (Cleary and Maguire) who see him day in day out don't seem to think he's rubbish.

He led the magpies for two disastrous seasons. They never played with any strategy, always looked disorganised and poorly coached.

Add to that his family live in France and he goes there every chance he gets (is he even in Sydney at the moment??) he was far too absent to be an integral part of the coaching setup. He's also been here for 3 years and these haven't exactly been highlight years for us in terms of results, performance or development. What has he contributed exactly?

A WT legend sure, but he's tried and failed as a coach.

He’s been here, noticed Doueihi and Mbye doing a lot of kicking practise with him. Was happy to see Wayne Collins named as reserve grade coach this year, shame it got cancelled hope he’s around next season.

I would think Fitzgibbon would have a high regard for him as both are ex Illawarra players.

Telegraph is reporting Young is unlikely to come to WT, with a move to cowboys or knights more likely

We need someone. There are quite a few ex head coaches that would make good assistant coaches eg Toovey.

Most keen to replace Webster who I’m pretty sure is our defence coach. It seems like Madge is trying to find someone at least

Can’t believe he’s still there. A relic of the JT regime.
