TIGER CUT

The big changes continue behind the scenes at the Wests Tigers. Their football manager Tony Carson has been told his services are not required for next year.

Never heard of him but the less people from the last 9 years of failure Involved the better

The more new staff that really want to make a difference, bring fresh ideas and won’t accept mediocrity the better

Now we just need to figure out what the hell he even did 😂 anyone?

I'd promote this bloke over the other guys who just seem to sit in the background and do buggerall.

Our current assistants seem useless. Madge doesn't do everything. We would also have the oldest coaching team in the comp. Not trying to be ageist, but if they're not working out we need to try new people with fresh ideas that may be more suitable to the current rules.

I'd promote this bloke over the other guys who just seem to sit in the background and do buggerall.

He’s impressive isn’t he, talks really well. I like the part how he considers his position a great link between all the grades. Would be great to see him stick around and hopefully become an assistant under Madge and then maybe a successor down the track .

As i said in another post, aside from getting rid of most of our backline, the one with speed we retain, need a specialist coach , Someone like Gasnier, to teach positional play and tackling techniques. We will never improve, if this backline does not improve dramaticaly
