He reminded me off Setfarth the baby giraffe trying to stand up for its first time in that first 100m. He started to pull it together coming home. If his coach can tidy him up a little he should time better with each run. Also he’s gotta be a little nervous knowing it’s ya first major event and it’s televised into ya home country with all ya fam and friends watching.

Gout Gout is still another Olympics away from competing at the highest level and even then it’s no guarantee he’ll even make it. I’d say even making it is a massive achievement

There is a lot of youth sprinters that peak at a young age then never amount to anything .. let’s hope Gout gets the right mentoring and training to reach his potential
