Big test for MM this week. Zero cohesion and sadly not enough blokes ripping in. Can he coach?

I think we are right in it. Broncos, Cowboys, Saints, Manly and us.

I think most of those sides show a better level of commitment than us and we might struggle to avoid it this year.

BULLDOGS?

They would have beaten us today. No team has looked worse than us to start the season.

Even the crap teams like Manly / Dogs / Cows play with more enthusiasm than we do ..
We’re a deadset rabble

Cowboys just lost to the Dragons at home. They have way more issues than we do.

Dragons have a better squad than us

Cowboys & Manly have looked worse so far this year.

Broncos, Bulldogs & Dragons can score points which puts them well infront on current form.

How many games is that in a row where we have conceded more than 26 points?

Defence is an attitude. Our players have a poor one.

Those outcomes are on the coaches as much as the players.

Manly are also missing their best player.

Calm down. We’re not getting the spoon. Never have, never will.

As bad as we’ve been, we’ve played two top 4 teams. I actually think a small silver lining will be that playing these sides early on will put us in good stead going forward.

I’ll be very interested to see how next week plays out. Knights have played Dogs and Warriors first two rounds. Results aside, we are way more battle hardened already. It’ll just come down to how badly our confidence has been rocked.

It’s an interesting way of looking at it. I wonder if we can learn anything at all from our first two games. If yes, then there is still hope. If no, then we are on our way to our first spoon.

Comparing playing against the Roosters to the Cowboys (especially with no Taumalolo) is the definition of apples and oranges.

And we don’t play either of those 2 again this year.

Probably an even money bet at this stage. I’d be happy to back us though.

Newcastle will put 30 on us. Easy metres up the middle and destruction on the edge

Mitch Pearce always carves us up

What’s he paying for man of the match?

I remember they used to always have Tigers v Roosters games, before origin selection to reaffirm he was a shoe in for the blues lol

100% correct, that's 2 of the hardest teams out of the way for the regular season at least.

May see them again in the finals games.

We'll get better, we'll find a way to do that and there is no way we are getting that filthy spoon.
