He is talking on the Footy Show and he looks pretty angry saying this is the worst he has ever seen Robbie. He said the truth should come out in the next couple of weeks, he also said it is BOARD MEMBERS trying to chuck Robbie under the bus and put all the blame on him. Also Darryl was giving Tallis a bit of a spray.

What he knows has been fed to him by Farah. It's hardly objective.
Interesting that at the start of the show he was introduced as "Former Wests Tigers winger Beau Ryan"
To me it sounds like he knows about some problems on the board, possibly even dating back to when he was supposed to be re-signing with us but the deal fell through.
This independent board can't start soon enough.

How many times have I and others posted that Farah can clear this whole thing up with a clear direct statement. He does not have to defend past actions. He does not have to implicate the board. All he has to do is say "I back coach Potter and will work with him to lead the Tigers." Job Done!

Wasn"t a huge fan of Beau the way he left the club. Can"t blame everything on the board.

No Tony33 It is not enough in my book. If Farah truly believes he is the one being hung out to dry he has to be direct. 'OUR' full support deflects and generalises his intent. He needs to say 'MY' full support.
"Full support of the playing group" does not explicitly include him. If he is the one being pilloried he needs to be inclusive in his language. He needs to say "Mick Potter has my support as team captain and the full support of the playing group". Anything else is politicspeak that he can later distance himself from. The longer this goes on, the less I'm inclined to believe that Potter has his support.

The reason that players have tended not to come out in support of potter is because they are TOLD not to make one-sided comments.
Players are there to play footy, and management can sort out the rest. It's not some 2nd rower's place to go around to channel 7 and 9 telling them how much he'd love to have potter there next year.
