Benji for dally m?

With Jonathon Thurston missing for a while, he is a big chance. Having said that Robbie looked set to take it out in 07 and missed out in the last round.

Benji would have scored some points last night,he played well again.
IMO every game this year he has put in a minimum 7/10 game.

yeh it would be great for benji to win but winning the dally m is a bit of a curse for the team with only Orford winning the Dally m/ premiership double since Peter sterling in 1986

Benji was ABC Grandstand MOM. He probably got the 3 Dally M points too.

I went to back him at the start of the year but thought the odds of $13 were too short. I expected him to be around $25 as he's never really featured in the Dally M's in the past. Looks like the odds of $13 were well justified and i should have taken it.

I hope so, but sometimes the judges don't go for the obvious i.e Josh Dugan last week not even getting a point although he made about 10 tackle busts. However I think the judges are liking what they're seeing from him at the moment

Marshall's not the sort of player who gets ignored by the judge's if he has a good game… more likely he's still going to get points even if there's some unsung players who perform better in a given game.
