Marshall won't be putting pressure on Brooks.

Gamble will be putting pressure on Marshall and Reynolds.

People are talking about where is he going to play. Am I the only one who thinks he could end up being the first person in the halves picked??? Reynolds and Brooks are hardly setting the world on fire.

Exactly. I think on form he might be the best half that we have.

It didn't take much to drag our mentality back to the low expectaction level again. Here I was thinking that next year we will have a team of goers and a solid pack of forwards to boot, now everyone is wanting Farah and Heighno back too. Hodgo as assistant coach, it's all coming together. Fitzhenry is the missing piece of the puzzle.

We certainly are a weird mob

He will be our 14…who will play 9, or anywhere in the back-line as needed....Nice fairy tale ending for Bunji and the club, just hope we haven't wasted too much $$$ and a spot in our 30 to cater for this.,

Welcome home my favourite player of all time.
I haven't been this emotional for a long time.
I'm so happy about this, I will re buy my 4 seasons tickets without thinking about it now.

at least we can give one of our greatest players a great farewell, just wish robbie had been given the chance. i know we all can not have what is nice in sport, but it goes along way for the history of ur club. welcome home BENJI.

This is a smart move buy the club,to many getting there knickers in a knot about Benji being a starter this will not be the case …this is a big picture signing .IMO moving towards season 2018 there is already a buzz amongst fans that the club is certainly moving in a positive vain, bringing back the biggest legend the club has produced to play out his career is a massive coup by the club .Benji is not busted he is fit and playing well ..matured and will be looked upon by the younger crop of players with respect ,the corporates will want him around ..if the amount of message content I am receiving from family and friends the club certainly has made a hugely positive decision here..Welcombe home Benji :master:

Looking forward to seeing Benji back in Wests Tigers colours for one final year. He would have to be the greatest Wests Tigers player.

Ergh.

Not thrilled about this, as I think he could go back to old habits.
As long as he brings his Broncos work ethic and humility with him and he plays most of the year in ISP then I'll be happy.

:supporter: I just stumbled across the following article. I am quite excited by this. Excellent back up at the very least.

This is a very smart move by the club. Sponsors and fans will be getting very excited about this. I would imagine this is more a strategic move for off field reasons rather than his on field performance. This will be very good for the club.

This.
So much this.
Yes, there is a big difference between QLD cup and NRL . . . . but I really see Gamble as a genuine 7 in our NRL team much sooner than later.
Tyson Gamble just got dealt pocket aces with Benji coming back to us. Benji will be the conduit that launches this kid's NRL career.
They have recent and current playing history together. Benji has spoken very highly of Gamble.
When Ivan and Benji have their chats about our halves, who do you think Benji will lean towards . . . Gamble or Brooks ?
Lots of positives in this news. Welcome back !
