How can anyone not love the fact he will finish at the Tigers.
What a feel good story we will have in 2018 & my goodness we need one after the last 18 months.
 
People are talking about where is he going to play. Am I the only one who thinks he could end up being the first person in the halves picked??? Reynolds and Brooks are hardly setting the world on fire.
 
I'm happy for him and think it's a good signing for the club.

I'm also backing him to win start ahead of Reynolds and Brooks at some point and possible hold it.

I'm thinking exactly the same thing.

I know who has looked best this season when given opportunities and I know who is the classiest player of the 3.

Also has the advantage of lighting a fire under Reynolds and Brooks
 
I'm 50/50 on his move back to the Tigers if it's true, I read the article in the canberrra times, they seem to have a quote from pascoe welcoming him back to the club but I won't believe it until the Tigers officially announce it, maybe spending time at the Broncos has helped his game as he said in the article but only time will tell

Stranger things have happened TT… we all know what a great combo they were and we are weak in both those positions.. .. wont happen but would be a great story.

Could end up seeing Reynolds or Brooks in the utliity role playing a bit of dummy half. Would be ridiculous money for either of them to sit on the bench but you have to pick your best side.
 
He's a different player now then at his peak. He's a different player now then when he left us. He's also a different character. Not that his character was ever bad, but he has a different mindset, different goals. His current game attributes and his current goals are suited to what we need. I agree with a few above that he will be hard to hold out of our halves.

i would rather benji at 250 thousand than connor watson at 550 thousand. smart move by cleary. benji has done everything nrl winner , world cup winner and proven champ. he is no pea heart like moses. do we get farah back as well
 
Welcome home Benji Son. Been surely missed by many Tigers fans. Has anyone remembered that Ivan has now bought Bennetts Qld cup half and 5/8\. Tyson Gamble and now benji. Great depth signings. I think the likes of bennett and belamy will be keeping a close eye on any move Ivan is making. I'm feeling Ivan is the next super coach. Benji in our colours again, I'm loving it.

Farah can jog on. Marshall at least gives us a bit of depth in the halves.
 
I wouldn't mind heighno coming home. Was my fav WT player all heart. Would be good depth signing and atleast he and Benji could retire at home. We all love them for their heroics in '05.
 
I dont know what to think tbh …
Will he be playing the odd cameo appearance like he does for the Broncos or Will he be in the starting side each week ?
The mind boggles with this club !
