Think they had a few back ended deals and upgraded a few youngsters, they are claiming they have no cash.

They are getting Beale from the Broncos, Frizzell from the Sharks & the under 20's halfback Drinkwater from Manly but yeah they have room in their cap to buy some decent players.

Whenever I hear the quote "no room in the cap", it usually tells me 3 things:

1\. They really want to off-load a few players to anyone who would like to look at the farm.
2\. We have no money for upgrades so if you can find a better deal, we will look at it.
3\. Yes, they are looking to free up Cap Space for a play at a big name.

The back rower Frizzell is a very decent pick up … he looks a likely rep player of the future.
However... Saints are looking at the cellar in 2013\. Which of course will be one of the seasons highlights.

I was told today that the dragons have offered serious money for him and he is considering it. That came from a family member of Benjis. Perhaps Sheens will replace Price as dragons coach and take Benji with him.

I hope he doesn't leave but he is supposed to be annoyed with tigers management and direction.

The way he carried himself was embarrassing considering at the same time you had Port Adelaide players mourning the death of a team mate and then you have this clown crying because two friends had to move onto a another club. He lives in a fantasy world. Someone needs to give him a reality check. Would have liked to hear him tell his sob story to a few Port players

Clubs can't make an offer to players until the 1st of November,only players who are off contract the following year,or who's club has given permission can be offered contracts,so if true saints have broken 2 rules and are in line for some serious fines.
