(According to _Victoria Park Racing and Recreation Grounds Co Ltd v Taylor_ (1937) there is no freedom from view, so people who are photographed on their property from a public location have no legal claim against you if what is captured in the photograph can be seen from the street, the same applies to private property provided you have the property owners permission.)

The Sydney Roosters are considering taking legal action against those responsible for circulating the now-infamous video.
A fresh-faced Mitchell Pearce has told a press conference at Sydney airport of his "really challenging" four weeks in an overseas rehabilitation facility.
The disgraced Roosters captain said he had "totally humiliated" himself, referring to a video filmed at an Australia Day party of him simulating a sex act with a dog.
Pearce, who was without a phone or television during rehabilitiation, said "the hard work starts for me now."
"I'm a bit jetlagged but it's been a really challenging four weeks. It's something that I really needed to do and the hard work starts for me now.
"I've got a lot of people to earn respect back off and first and foremost I want to spend today with my family.
"I've been away for a long time. I also want to thank everyone who has given me support.
"I haven't had a phone or TV for four weeks, I've been in isolation, but I've seen a lot of text messages today that have meant the world to me."
"I'm not too sure [what the punishment will be]. I'm coming back here with a clear head and I've got a lot of people like I said to earn respect off. So whatever my punishment I'll be copping it on the chin."
Pearce was met by his parents Wayne and Terri as he arrived at Sydney airport on Sunday morning ahead of the media conference just after 9am.
The 26-year-old NSW Origin playmaker had been undergoing treatment in northern Thailand after admitting to alcohol problems in the wake of the video filmed at a private party.
The footage was sold to media outlets and Fairfax Media reported last week that the Roosters considering legal action over the breach of privacy.
Pearce was stood down by the Roosters after the incident, which followed a club-sanctioned harbour cruise on Australia Day, and he will face the club's board before it is decided when he can return to playing.
He is expected to be suspended for the opening six matches of the NRL season and fined $50,000.

Our mate Danny Weidler in today's Sun Herald states that his team mates completely support Mitch joining them, Danny states give him 6 weeks and hefty fine. Bit OTT I reckon, cut both those penalties by half would be more like it at the most.

He should be banished from the game for a while. Jake Friend spent time as a sandwhich hand following some dramas. Mitchell can become a dog walker for a few months.

He looked bright and healthy on return. Bob "everyone's mate" Hawkie probably did worse than that and he became PM. Like Bob did swear off the grog whilst playing pro foottie - that should do it.

Leaving town as quickly as he could get a plane,the rehab thing has all been a very well planned operation by the chooks. Be an absolute joke if he gets a fifty grand fine and six weeks on the side line. It use to be Elliott Nest and the untouchables and is now Uncle Nick and the untouchables
