What about taking shots of the NRL Gay Mardi Gra float? As long as assumptions are not made I suppose fotos are welcome

That is a major misconception Happy, under privacy laws even in your own home in full view of a public place you can be photographed without permission from that public place _(i.e. the street)_, the exceptions are places and actions considered private, bathrooms, showers, toilets etc., the other exception is when it becomes stalking or a nuisance.
You can also be photographed from private property other than yours if the photographer has permission of the property owner or is the property owner, provided the position is normally in full view of what they are photographing (meaning it’s ok if they are doing it from their yard, window or balcony but not if they need to climb on a roof or ladder to take the photograph), the pool because it is not technically a public place would require permission from the appropriate authority being the land owner (normally the local council)
(According to _Victoria Park Racing and Recreation Grounds Co Ltd v Taylor_ (1937) there is no freedom from view, so people who are photographed on their property from a public location have no legal claim against you if what is captured in the photograph can be seen from the street, the same applies to private property provided you have the property owners permission.)

@supercoach said:Leaving town as quickly as he could get a plane, the rehab thing has all been a very well planned operation by the chooks. Be an absolute joke if he gets a fifty grand fine and six weeks on the side line. It use to be Elliott Nest and the untouchables and is now Uncle Nick and the untouchables

Is that a typo or have you been calling him Elliott Nest your whole life?

Only six weeks on the sideline for an offence like that. I wonder how players feel when they off the sideline for that amount of time (six weeks) even though they have been well behaved for years?

Well Tommy Raudonikis got 3 months for breaking a guy's jaw, Mitch maybe gets half of that - does not seem lenient.
