OFFICIAL Blake Austin [Discussion]

[WswWt]

Might as well sign Bryce Gibbs while we’re at it

[Realist]

Word is his contract isn’t being renewed. Trumpy says sign here. Not paying overs though.

So glad you’re not in management.

And where would Trumpy play him ?

Well I put him ahead of Reynolds and Benji so 6 it is!

[Demps]

Surprised no club in the nrl is interested.
He's not that bad.

[happy_tiger]

Can I ask a question ??

Does every NRL Forum wants players to come back from unsuccessful football teams eras

[Cairnstigers]

Rather have him at 9 then Farrah

Learn to spell his name and then maybe your opinion will have some weight.

Yeah that only works when I do it.

[matchball]

He can't tackle. We have enough of those thanks.

[Tweed_Tiger]

Needs to pass the ball more often, everyone expects his dummy

[tigerbenji]

I would sign Austin & play him in the 3 or 4.

He refuses to pass. Last week they were 10 out and he did his show and go and the Penrith defence didin’t even flinch, it was a regulation tackle. It’s no coincidence his stock has fallen since every other team in the comp figured him out. The most one dimensional player i’ve ever seen.

I would hate to be the winger outside him

Well summarised. Austin is a very limited player. He has built his career off his ability to sniff out a try. Other than that he hasn’t got much.

What are you, 13?

And people still can't spell his name rignt.
Cmon now.
Maybe the one who misspelled the name is 13?

If he sniffs a couple of times a game it would be ok with me.

[Demps]

He will carve up in the UK.
His career has been very disappointing, never reaching the heights it was expected.

Sucks. Good bloke tho.

[The_Queen]

Austin was offed a 4 year contract extension by the Raiders last year and he said no paul Kent was talking on the raido earlier this year and questioned if his manager gave him the right advice by saying no to 750k a year Austin wanted more and backed him self to get more he also came out after Kent spoke about his manager on the raido and sadi it was his decision to turn it down so good luck to Austin

[Donald_Trump]

Sign him.

One thing I like about him is he doesn’t lack confidence and takes the line on.

I think he was awarded by the players as best back with us in 2013 when he was with us
