When Blake Green leaves the storm, he's going to be like he was before he got there, a nobody. I'd rather save money and go for someone like perhaps… Jack Bird. Obviously isn't happy to be playing in the centres, and would love to be back in the halves by all reports. If one of our duo decides to leave, I'd make a play for him.. great running 5/8.

I'm not a fan of Bird. I don't think he has much ball playing skills. He's played in the backrow in the lower grades and centre, saw him play for Australia in the centres as well. He's not a ball player (in my opinion). I'd rather keep our halves over him.

I agree, we already have two nuffies in reserves that can be promoted. If one of Broses leaves, we either buy someone good or we just promote a nuffy and try to max what we get out of him until we get someone better, a la Robson or Sam Williams or McCrone.
