Well, Mayweather once again proved what a freak he his. This guy is truly an all time great. What a fighter. If he fights Pacman in the next 6 months he'll knock him out and cement his place in history along side the likes of Ali.

As I am a pacman fan, I disagree with you.

But bring it on :righton:

He got hit a good one though,

See when he got hit? Mosley hit him with his right hand and before Shane could pull his hand back Mayweather had locked his arm so Mosley couldnt follow up. He's truly an master defensive fighter.

Big Show almost ended his career at Wrestlemania a few years ago.

Been watching my Manny collection mate and there is NO WAY on earth that Mayweather wins against the Pacman.

After watching him destroy Marquez, DelaHoya, Hatton, Clottey and Cotto I can understand why Mayweather keeps ducking him….might call him Mundine from now on....

Truth of the matter is that Mayweather fights opponents when they are on their way down. Pacquaio beats them when they are at their peak.

Your on….hopefully they can get their act together and organise what will be a classic.

Yeah, I'm not sure anymore. Just on the Marquez/Pacquiao fights, Manny knocked him down early a bunch of times in the first fight but Juan spent most of the remaining rounds counterpunching and I thought won the fight, was a draw by the scorecards though. And in the rematch, Manny knocked Marquez down, but again Juan counterpunched, landed more punches and lost narrowly, the knockdown being the difference.

Mayweather is the best counterpuncher in the business right now, Manny is fast, Floyd is faster. But as it is in boxing, anything can happen, we'll never know until the get in the ring together.

I disagree regarding Floyd fighting opponents "on their way down". Consider two of the biggest scalps in Manny's career - Oscar De La Hoya & Ricky Hatton. Mayweather fought em both 2 years earlier than Pacquiao. And Floyd wants to move up to middleweight and fight Martínez who just upset Pavlik. Which fighters in particular were you referring to?

Paul Briggs and Danny Green looking to get it on ay.

Briggs saying he doesnt need any warm up fights…........i think thats a huge mistake. He definately needs 2 fights to make sure he's still got it, get rid of some ring rust and basically gain some confidence. Would be a great fight if Paul can get back to his best. Much better fight than Green v Mundine.

A little over a month ago on the Siaca/Green fight Andy Raymond (I think) asked him point blank if the rumours were true that he was eyeing a comeback and he said no. He made some speech about wanting to leave the game with his pride intact, or words to that effect. And today he's saying he wants Green again… I'm not one to question his toughness, but getting his head punched in by Danny Green after a 3 year layoff wont be good for anybody involved. If he had at least one tune-up fight, just to gauge where he is at physically, that'd be a different story.

Green needs to forget about Briggs, Leapai and any other local fish calling him out. Or he'll fall into the same pattern as Mundine.

Remember those old wrestling fights when a heap of blokes would be in the same ring fighting? I reckon we throw, Mundine, Green, Briggs, Geale and Bika in the ring together and see who's last man standing hahahaha.

Hurricane should have stayed retired. That was really, really, really sad. Obviously he didn't dog it, if you know anything about Briggsy you know its not in him.. going out like that. Obviously the NSW boxing commission are vindicated for not sanctioning the fight over concerns for his health.

He is a dog and can get well and truly stuffed!! This was a setup from the start, I hope Danny doesnt pay him and he loses everything.

He has noreputation anymore, no dignity, no morals…he is a gutless FN DOG

Think about it logically mate. Briggs is well off, he doesn't need to come out of retirement after 3 years and completely flush his entire reputation down the toilet for a pay-day. And here's a tip Stryker, when you actually do take a dive, YOU DON'T DO IT ON THE FIRST PUNCH OF THE FIGHT, because you risk having the purse upheld.. you gotta work it and make it look legit.

Dont give me any tips Danos I know whats what and that choad dogged it…pure and simple.
The fact that he turned up fat and unshaven just shows what a loser he is these days.

You reckon that wasn't a dive eh? well what happened? did a sniper shoot him? that punch all but missed. I think that the fact he fell off the first punch just shows what a fat lazy bugger he really is.

He is a mess granted. He should've never gotten in the ring, granted. But he didn't intentionally dog it. He has had massive problems with his equilibrium and inner ear.. NSW boxing knew it and weren't willing to take the heat because they knew what could potentially happen.

Im not buying that mate, Ive sometimes questioned his ticker, but never thought he had this in him.

Did you hear about the massive splurge on a round 1 KO just before the fight? all the bookies shut up shop. This could well be fraud.

Yeah heard that. Will just have to wait and see. I will be supremely shocked if he did in fact lay down. But it happened in such a fashion that he literally had nothing to gain from it.. except perhaps public scorn for a lifetime and his name completely tarnished forever.
