TT will win this - I think part of his problem is he's still improving and the top dogs out there realise it and aren't prepared to step up against him.

I reckon Jermell Charlo would wipe the floor with Tim.
Hard to get a real gauge on Tszyu's ability though with the pub fighters he's been up against so far. Watched the bout from the US on Sunday between #1 Super Welterweight challenger Erickson Lubin and #2 Jeison Rosario. Lubin stopped him pretty easily with body shots.
Tszyu would have to improve his defence considerably to be in with a chance of upsetting the elite of this division.
