OFFICIAL BOXING DISCUSSION

Well, I was wrong. 😳

Back to Blighty with you George!

How can anyone with three brothers be such a poor fighter?! Lost his form after about 8 seconds...

It takes a lot of courage to get in the ring even if you actually can box, so credit for doing so without a clue I guess?

To be fair, NAS looks to have improved quite a bit. Still, hard to get a read until he fights a boxer, but definitely improved.

In summary:
George is fat and can't fight.

NAS has improved.

TurnStyle is glad he doesn't gamble.... 😂

George Rose has built a business around 'have been' footy players. He's been putting out pretty average cards for athletes who aren't boxers for years now.

I refuse to watch that rubbish now. Boxing is an art, and that definitely was not boxing.

The main event was the real deal make no mistake of that ,The thing to remember is it does give a platform for the actual boxers to get eyes on them on the big stage .NRL fans in general tune in for the side show which helps promote the real boxers .adds to the PPV $$

Nelson won't be fighting legit boxers.
It's clear he's fighting NRL players only.

Matt Lodge likely next.
He did mention Curtis Scott & Gallen as well.

Curtis looks decent, that's be an alright match up. Gal is seasoned also but that'd cost em a bit to make happen.

There's been a lot of good No Limit cards over the years.

It showcases a lot of Australian talent.
There isn't NRL rejects on every single card.

They put on a good show, live too.

@HUNT 101 and @Demps

Real boxers train their whole lives, mastering the art. What I've personally noticed is that a lot of washed up men are trying to squeeze out a few more paydays because they're not sure what the next step is in their careers.

Just my opinion, but I think that's evident in their technique in the ring.
