Braith Anasta

Is he playing in Ben Teo mode? If so the Rooster fans must hate him.

Bringing the Roosters down from the inside. Suddenly I find Bwaif a lot more likable… :smiling_imp:

He has suddenly got a workrate much akin to the guy who holds the STOP/SLOW sign during roadworks.

I'ts funny(ish) being on the other side of it now, but yeah if I was a roosters supporter right now i'd be hating on Anasta too.

the guy in the cardigan on the game plan said he might be coming this year

yee i saw that aswell!

It's an easy assumption to make from the outside looking in. I'd doubt whether there's any merit to it. Wouldn't mind having Anasta on board for the rest of the year though.

I would welcome him prematurely, a fresh start at a club that's winning games - he could be a great addition.

I still think Anasta would offer us something , but I'm truly excited about the thought of Young Sironen and Marshall together at 6 and 7

Would really like to see where this combination takes us

I initially thought 7 as I didn't think Marshall would move to the 7 If Marshall stays in the 7 Anasta will be 6 in my opinion

Young Sironen will be the 13 Fulton and Blair second rowers

ATM we have a huge problem if Benji gets injured, there is no goal kicker, and we have no experienced player that can take his role.
IMHO with signing of Anasta both problems are solved.

:sign:

I seem to remember that our Pariah Tim Moltzen was a pretty handy goal kicker at Toyota cup level.

I think Sironen and Anasta will be the other way around.

x2\. Sirro has more speed than Anasta and I can't see him shifting to the backrow for a few years yet.

No way would sirro be quicker… Anasta isn't heaps quick but neither sirro..
Ftr sirro will be a great player wherever he plays

Anasta will play 2nd row, he was purchased to replace Ellis. Sheens said, I like him playing 2nd row, it's where he plays his best football. Anasta is not Ellis, but let me tell you, he is damn close. An astute and great purchase.

I'll back Sirro at 50 metres and 100 metres over Anasta.

Anasta will need to undergo some therapy before he comes to Concord. He has become an expert at blaming everything else but his own players ineptitude, for the string of recent losses. He and Smith are having problems with the reality of their situation.
