Braith's experience and guidance

Like I have said from day 1 this season. His "experience and guidance" is a myth when he is playing bad football. Off the field I have no issue with what he brings to the club. He has helped create a good culture and is a good influence for young players. On the field I will tell you what he does every week and it aint pretty…

* Kicked bombs dead giving Titans 7 tackles
* Got a kick charged down that led to a try
* dropped the ball completely cold for a 3rd straight game
* didnt run the ball
* didnt set up a try, a line break or anything in general
* is slow and old and tired

Today wasn't a bad game by Anasta's standards. It is pretty much what he does every week. The difference was today more people will talk about it because we got spanked. The old "if it aint broke" theory is rubbish.

Hope your all happy! Like I said last week papered over the cracks. Again it took Austin to come on to provide any spark (hint maybe he should play 80 minutes) We had nothing today, and will contunie to get nothing from our coming 6.

Time to wise up guys I realise this guys has no legs and no game left and will be a hinderance IN EVERY SINGLE GAME. Potter needs to show the same courage he did when he dropped Benji, except this time it should not be tot he bench or for 1 week.

He will not get dropped, madness I know, but it must be in his contract in the small print that he is not to be dropped under any circumstances.

Potter has to show some balls and drop him, he had the guts to bench benji, now he has to drop Anasta

The continued selection of Anasta seems to make me think sheens is still in charge cause only he could be this stupid.Everything else about Potter I love but this Anasta thing..............mannnnnnnnn.
:bash :bash :bash

Agree, Austin looked dangerous until he got hurt and still offered more than grandpa Anasta playing injured, I'm sorry, but we owe Anasta nothing, had he been a Tiger since birth… then and only then would I understand the loyality as the curtain falls on his career!

Once Farah's commitments with NSW are finished I would be surprised to see Braith in the side. He offers very little and I think Brooks is ready to start owning this side.

Actually as I type that it makes me think maybe get rid of Anasta before Farah gets back to force Brooks to take charge of the team

It's got to the point where it's embarrassing watching him out there, every time he touches the footy I'm thinking he's going to drop it cold or kick it dead.

I hold respect for what he did in the NRL but it's time to shift him to the bench and give Austin the starting #6\. I think Anasta could be way better used as a bench player watching the game then coming on and giving advice etc

Anasta is a hinderance, not a help,he offers zero and as such should be playing NSW cup, come on Mick make the hard call before he costs us more games.

Well just remember if you drop Anasta and Austin isn't fit the next option is Moses

And I haven't seen much of him this season , but every good judge on the Forum says he isn't ready just yet

You play Moses too early and you will destroy him if things go bad

So what's the next option Fitzhenry , Owen Craigie ,Nathan Waters ??

I'm not saying not to drop Anasta , but think about the next option first

Austin was in agony a few times today he mightn't be fit for a while

You Happy! Come on pull those boots back on

Happy Tiger your backtracking. What I am saying is his performances stink and affect the side. I have never suggested playing Moses before he is ready. My argument all along against you is that Austin would be a better starting 6 then Anasta. Its seems you agree, maybe through the evidence of the best couple of weeks.

I would easily have Jarrod Farlow or Fulton at 6 if Austin is injured. Yes its a stop gap option, but i have no doubt both would add more to the 5/8 role in attack and defence than Braith.
