@LCA said:I agree that Santi played really well last night and his form for the 20s this year has been strong. Great to see. But, it hasn't always been that way. I thought his form in the 20s last year and in 2011 was patchy at best. In 2013, he has developed his running game and is playing with a lot of confidence. As a former captain of Australian Schoolboys' he sure has the pedigree to be special. Go champ!! Make the most of your opportunities.[/quo
just to clarify thing,im sure he played 1 game in 2011,was starting on the bench last year, made the most of his chance early in the season, was rewarded with a starting position for most of the year.was only 18 in 2011 and 19 last year.held his ownand was 1 of our best defenders and workers last year,to say his form was patchy at best is a bit unfair,as it was his first full year in the team.this year he has in my opinion been one of the best defenders in the nyc.as seen last nite ,when he was replaced the blues started to open up around the middle in defence, and ive noticed the same happens at the tigers when he is replaced.
he has a great motor does all the 1 percenters,is continueaslly our top tackler, and now starting to develop a great running game.as another forum member has stated he can be our next gallen ,hindmarsh sort of player.. :sign:
