I think Gildardt is homesick and will leave this year so if that's the case the signing makes sense as a back up.Took more money from the dogs if memory serves me correctly. Shit signing if true.

Happened fairly quick today.
Naden wanted out of the Dogs. Dogs have already paid half his salary for this season and are chipping in 100k-150k for next season.
All up, Tigers are paying 200k for the remainder of this season and 250k for next season.
Niceee!!Happened fairly quick today.

Yeah it's good business again. Dogs supporters will love him leaving but go off if they find out they are paying him to leave 😂😂😂At that price it is not a bad signing and it looks like the dogs fire sale has started
If that's true it's a reasonable bit of business. Average salary is $310k, minimum is $105k, so the Tigers are paying minimum this year and less than average next. We obviously need a body this year as Gildart hasn't worked out, Roberts is busted and all the other centre options are injured. Next year hopefully he'll be a backup who can cover centre and wing. No need to get wildly excited but also no need to lose our minds.Happened fairly quick today.

He is literally heads and shoulders above most our top 30 outside backs - And on par with the others....
And he's fit to play - Right now!!
This is a good thing...
He's not our here to be the best outside back we have - But he'll certainly be better than the ones we have atm.
This is a fair assessment for this year.
Have zero problems for this year.
Guess the question is does that ring true for next year if we have a fit squad & have the opportunity to grow the younger talent with NRL experience. Guess time will tell.
