Kicking- Moses (by a fair bit)
Confidence-Moses
Ball running -Brooks
Defence- Brooks ( completely different level to Moses)
Spine- Moses is spineless
Both got their flaws but I’d take brooks any day

My opinion ....both Brooks and Moses running game was their greatest strength and in 2020 it should have been what made them as players

They have both fallen off a cliff as running players

You’re not wrong
Brooks only ran the ball this season when he couldn’t see options out wide.kinda like a last resort.
Needs to learn to play what’s in front of him eg cody walker

That's all very well when they're playing Souffs, what about when they are playing the other 14 teams?

Brooks over Moses for sure.
I feel for brooks, he has been in the squad for a long time, we all know what’s been happening off the field with the board, coaching and letting good players go and signing duds.
If we had some stability over the years brooks would be considered an asset, he is just an easy target it seems.
Moses has big guys on the edges, big pack who has a great go forward and offload, and decent fullback and 9.
For what’s it’s worth, If brooks was playing for parra, well... I think they would be a much better team.

Wow, I saw it completely differently, I thought he ran too often this year. Dummy and run was his 1st option on too many occasions.

He ran when he should’ve passed and passed when he should’ve ran. Didn’t get much right this year

I really think being told for so long that his best aspect is his running game has gotten into his head. His best play has always been the 2nd rower short with shape out the back option play, that totally disappeared this year. The 6 again rule impacted that play alot but it we almost never ran that play this year.

I like how every tv news in the sports section they replay Moses’s missed kick. Hope it haunts him for a very long time.

like that field goal he couldn't hit against the storm at leichhardt and the ball boy had to ask if he was ok....

moses has had the better forward pack, and as such has had more to play with with the go forward.....

Brooks has had a lesser pack, and also had to contend with Marshall being the shot caller....

No marshall, a better pack next year with Stefano and tamou coming in, there will be less excuses....

All in all, I'd rather lose a set to a dodgy scoring option by the 7 than concede a try every time their forwards run at him....Defense by Brooks has been fantastic over the past year or two. He has improved that to the detriment of everything else because when he couldn't tackle we were all over him for it

He’s got good ball playing as shown in the eels game and a few at the back end of the season he can throw nice passes. Just played like someone down on confidence all season but found a bit of form the last couple games which I hope he brings to next season

The pair could have worked but no one was smart enough to recognise Moses is the halfback and Brooks the 5/8. Talent identification and retention have been the biggest issues. Stems from a leadership that was historically lean on rugby league expertise and low cost coaches Taylor, Potter followed by a snake who left them in a mess. Tigers have been found out since the departure of Sheens for all his faults in his final years kept the club together.

M Moses - final games played = 6, finals games won = 1.

So OK he's played some finals football now, but you have to wonder what the point is with a 17% win rate, starting halfback every time. The sole win was last year's annihilation of a broken-down 8th-placed Broncos ahead of them winning the wooden spoon.

Parra only stayed in the match via Gutherson, the two Browns and Lane; Moses was totally absent. Moses useless without a devastating platform provided by his forwards, because he does nothing except shovel-off to better players.

Smiling from ear to ear when he missed that critical kick last night, which was then referred to 50 times by Fox commentators: "I still can't get over that missed penalty".

Thank you football Gods, and Roosters going out in straight sets too. Thank you GOF.

Interesting.Maybe cause he was unsuccessful in finding space that’s how I saw it.

It changed the course of the game. They were about to be level at 20-20. Anything could have happened from there. Instead Souths scored 2 minutes later, and it broke Parra’s back. He choked.

not only that....souths points were directly related to the two guys at the top of the punchable heads list...Moses and gutherson.....nowhere to hide with mistakes like that....

This what one Parra fan thinks of him - LOL - i thought it must have been a WT forum member who snuck in to their forum.

Don't blame Moses??? The little coward was missing all night and when it mattered most he misses a conversion Stephen Hawking could of thrown over. He had absolutely nothing to do with any of our tries tonight and we looked far more dangerous when he was nowhere near the ball. Paulo and Guth played more first receiver than he did. He's not a 7's ........... he's a running 6 at best i have been saying this since 2017. Too bad the bald muppet in charge doesn't have a ............ clue.

Alan Hunt October 11, 2020 at 1:48am
We don't have anyone capable of playing 7 at the entire club, there is not a lot on the market either. We are stuck with him and Bea Arthur and more mediocrity.

unt October 11, 2020 at 2:05am
Who are you again you abusive worm??? Angry Eel indeed. Moses is a down hill sking gutless little worm just like you. Moses struts around like he's king ............ abuses team mates for mistakers yet he has done nothing and won nothing. He still has no idea how to pace a game let alone lead a team around the park. In their 20 m zone he was MIA for almost the entire game. It's not all his fault though because you can't lay all the blame on him when you have a coach who is better suited to the Grafton Ghosts.

Ya, I felt like his goto move was dummy and run into defender straight on
