Who’s a keyboard coach ? You’re getting in an echo chamber about how crap he is . And it has about as much grasp with reality as flat earth.
He’s not crap . He’s good . He’s not elite. Has a lot of improving to do . And he’s paid as an above average player . He’s not paid a 1 mil . He’s paid 600-700 , which is value for what he provides .
That’s the end of discussion . There is not 1 half that is remotely close to available that anyone in their right mind would swap him for .
It’s not an opinion if it’s outrageous. And there’s infinite stats that back me up , as well as the obvious stat of how rubbish we looked with benji and josh in rounds 1 and 2 .

I was actually having a go at True Tigers hypocrisy, where he had a go at you for "name calling" whereas in another thread he calls anyone who isnt a fan of Josh Reynolds "armchair coaches". The irony escapes him and doesnt translate well over two different threads.

As Maguire said the 1st half cost us the game too many errors barely had a tackle in the opposition half let alone the 20..when we maintained possession in the 2nd half we came back into the game..

Brooks for what it's worth was involved in both TRIES 1st running getting a quick play the ball for Grant to but Aloiai over ..the 2nd a long ball to Mbye who put Hoffman over..

1st time I've actually heard Maguire question some ref decisions especially the Captains challenge ..

Great teams can overcome this we are not a Great team but we are a good enough one that doesn't turn it up like past Wests Tigers teams I have witnessed and lose by 40..it's changing..

By all means though make all the changes you want..

Maybe Brooks should be on the bench and play hooker . Strong and good enough in defence , has a good left foot kick and should have a good pass from dummy half. Put Benji and Walters in the halves . Walters is good defensively and not known at NRL as a half yet . Josh ..his time has now passed more than Benji

Im not saying Brooks will ever be a great leader, but our impotence at the line is that we never have players in motion... always one out.

You see it when Benji drifts along the line, he is looking, then eventually waives players behind him because everyone is either flat footed or numbered up.

Mbye was diabolical, but Souths ran the same shape at us almost half a dozen times, with 4 variations. Did us for 4 trys, breakaway at half way and Reynolds backed himself once instead of throwing the pass.

6 times that I can remember off the top of my head.

When is the last time we have thrown a drilled shape at anyone? Whens the last time we didnt have a one out prop run, at most with a decoy runner, cannot remember the last time we had two big boppers both running as genuine options to allow our playmakers to sum up the defensive line.

Brooks may not be the answer, he probably isnt, but its not like he is picking the wrong option from a buffet of threatening options everytime he has the ball in hand.

Well i cant give you any positives as the forwards did not make it past the advantage line, nor did the the wingers or fullback have much impact.
i cant say i saw Mybe taking a run but i did see brooks defending well all night,
sorry but your a nuffie and would love to run at you and see if you could tackle,
