Here’s the deal. Brooks had a bad game . He forced the issue because of the lack of momentum the team was giving him . His defence was abysmal, mainly I think , because he and Mbye were terrified of leaving Hoffman alone with Gagai , and More importantly Lattrel which led to them jumping at sharks and creating the very isolation they were trying to prevent.

Brooks took the line on and got a quick play the ball when Grant put Aloiai over Brooks also put in both attacking kicks one which Rowdy caught on the line in the 1st half and Nofoaluma seemed took have knocked forward.. defensively he had a poor game by his standards but still put a hit on Sua that forced a mistake..

Brooks did have a poor game, and was still the best of the three halves we had on the fields. Many of the Brooks bashers are Reynolds fan boys. Go figure

It’s unbelievable. He’s had a terrible year and last night his performance was indefensible.

@avocadoontoast was right about one thing . I have been getting into fights on here , of which I do apologise. I get frustrated , at what seems like common sense to me . But it’s clearly not.

I don’t think fan boys is accurate. It’s west’s fans that are tired of watching Brooks trudge out the same rubbish year in year out. I’m sure someone will say he won dally M, if he was behind a better pack or insert your excuse. If Madge is serious, Brooks needs a spell on the bench.
