Brown linked back home to sharks ??? why !!!

Brown is a quality player and he came here looking to make the fullback spot which Moltzen seems he will get when McKinnon leaves. With 2 great young centres, Tuqiri on one wing that leaves one spot to target. The Sharks have Gardner at the back and apart from that his a chance to make it anywhere in the backline.

Well according to Bulldog Ritchie they are wanting to offload Pomeroy and Tupou . If you could get the best out of Tupou he could be handy at the right price

Tupou is reported to be on near 400g a season, we dont need him in any shape or form

Funny how we turn a part-time first grader into the future fulltime fullback & convince ourselves he's the future.

Brown is a fine player, and one I wouldn't mind keeping. But I'll be honest- I find it difficult to convince myself he deserves a crack ahead of either Beau Ryan or Matt Utai. He's in the mix, for certain, but these are the sort of guys that are replaceable by your Geoff Daniella's, or Simona.

For mine, he's an equal player to Beau Ryan- but Ryan is more experienced. Let Brown go, play Ryan- i don't see the problem. I'd have Utai around too- off the bench as an impact forward/ back-up outside back.

As for the fullback position next year, I'm not certain I'd play Moltzen back there. I'd be very interested to see what Chris Lawrence could do there though. Won't happen, but I'm guessing he'd be a success in the Tim Brasher to fullback style. His running, support play & one-on-one defence make me think he'd be a better option than moltzen in that role.
