Brown may be in for Moltzen

Moltzen is twice the footballer than brown. but I do like brown to, just got to remember that he couldn't crack a first grade spot at the sharks.

He played first grade at the Sharks - I think that's an unfair thing to say.

Its irrelavent aswell. The fact he couldn't cement a spot at the Sharks didn't change the fact he played out of his skin at the back end of 2010\. I fail to see how what he did at the Sharks has any relavence to what he has done at the Tigers.

I'm still aloud to have an opinion. Yes he is young but what I'm saying is he had a tigers player in Collis and pomeroy at the sharks they were not winning. I agree with you at the back end of 2010 yes but what did he do before and after that he has had his chances to cement a spot but he wants to play centre and he isn't better than the two we have

I've said it many, many times, Brown's last half dozen games or so in 2010 were good, this has given him a legion of fans on here that rate him much higher than the league world in general.

Moltzen had a poor start to 2011 coming back from injury (and playing a different position each week) which has created a whole bunch of people on here that criticise everything he does and rate him far lower the league world in general.

I still think when you read the article on the previous page where Brown see himself as a centre that the real reason Brown did not get a run at fullback was because he did not maybe want to play fullback
That's the only thing that makes sense in regards to why Sheens did not play Brown at fullback throughout 2011 when Moltzen was struggling and MacKinnon was having hammy problems

Well unfortunately Goose, some people regard major knee surgery as a minor blip and have the expectation that the player will Immediately pick up where he left off. They probably need to observe such a player in rehab for five or six months

I'd be surprised if Brown didn't jump at the chance to play any position just to get a run in first grade.

Yep I agree, Cunno - that's what I said about 10 posts ago, but I think Happy must've missed it.

Thought you were a young buck like me Cunno (In the 70's)

Hahaha! I'm probably older than both of you!! Or at least I feel like it

C'mon Flip Cunno's and Happy's combined ages wouldn't get close to you  (Joking Brother)

I'd be happy if Brown and Moltzen can stay. If Moltzen goes then there is Miller but please lets get rid of Utai. He is nothing but a defensive liability. He does not tackle well. Brown should've played in the centres rather than Utai seriously. I hope for Lote's sake he plays well. If not then its curtains for him.

Again, it will be good if Brown and Moltzen stays. 😛ray: :sign:
