OFFICIAL Bryce Gibbs [Discussion]

[fainty]

I dont believe anything in the telegraph theses days! Who wrote it? If its Phil Rothfeild its no suprise. He loves making rubbish up about us.

[Cultured_Bogan]

The league section in the Terrorgraph is nothing more than a gossip column because "Scoop" Rothfield is that unpopular with everyone in the league community (excepting the sharks, of course.)

Wouldn't take anything printed about WT in the Terrorgraph seriously at all.

TIGERS coach Tim Sheens sat his players down, told them to stop worrying about who might be going where next season, and to remember that they were being paid to play football. It seemed to work.

Heighno going???? Doubtful at best…there is way too much talent in nsw and qld rugby league...queensland needs 2 Brisbane teams.. **And Sydney 2 more**, with another team in nsw country maybe coffsharbour or port maquette

Come on Alien - I hope you're not against a team in Port Maquette!!!!

[Cultured_Bogan]

Does anyone know if Gareth Widdop is off contract? I'd have him at fullback in a heartbeat.

Have a feeling he re-signed last year but could be wrong. In any case I don't see the Storm letting him go.

I don't think this is true but i heard on the daily telegraph that the sharks are on the way to sign bryce gibbs and andrew fifita but i don't think the signing has been fully confirmed as of yet.

[sober_siddhi]

Fifita is gone. Informed the team last Friday.

Certainly is, he pretty much singlehandedly decimated Easts last night on his own, all while missing the rest of the multi million dollar spine. Matt Duffie filled in well at FB too.

[Spartan117]

Im yet to see anything Official about both.

Are either actually confirmed by the WT??

[Cultured_Bogan]

Not yet Spartan.

Some independent sports website shot off about Gibbs signing for three years, but nothing official from the club, nor anything from the large media outlets.

[Spartan117]

Because I'm Handsome and not very bright, Can someone please tell me, The rumour is

Gibbs to the Sharks >> 3 years (Yes??)
Fifita to the ???? >> ???? years

Blair to be announced ?????

[sober_siddhi]

Fifita > Sharks… unsure of the terms, but bigger money than we could offer him. Fronted the team last week to tell them. Gibbs apparently off to the Sharks as well, but can't 100% confirm... though these early reports seem to back that up.

Blair is signed but that secret's as badly kept as Lote... I've no idea when it will be announced.

My source is sound, happy to reveal to mods if need be.

I'm sure they're waiting until we're under the cap for 2012.
