Call me crazy but I think Penrith will beat Melbourne

The Panthers are becoming scary good tbh. They have the shell of a seriously good team. Their pigs are all class and they have decent outside backs and some serious depth and awesome juniors and some direction at all levels of management. This side they have right now would be nowhere near their cap. Thurston made the wrong decision. All they need is a dash of class, Soward might even be enough. The Gould experiment is working and they will win premierships soon and quite a few.

If only we had the direction and hard decision makers they do.
 
Ivan Cleary is a very good coach. It took him until his third year to get the Warriors to the finals. They had the one bad year in 09 (the year tragedy rocked the club), but in 08, 10 and 11, they were a force. Panthers still need to sort themselves out, don't think they will make top 8 this year. With the arrival of new signings Elijah Taylor and Jamie Soward, Cleary is assembling his squad quite nicely. They will make top 8 next year and challenge the top 8 teams for mine.

Who knows what this win will kick start. They might have just needed some self belief and now they believe they can hold out the best team in the NRL. Keep in mind Penrith weren't that good ball in hand tonight. That second half was just wave after wave of Storm opportunities. Try scoring on them now.

Gotta give it to you man, I thought you were crazy with that prediction especially after seeing Penriths injury list. Outstanding tip…one of the best if not the best I have ever seen. Bravo to you.
