Didn't see it happen, maybe it was when Fafita rag dolled him at the end? I'm sure that was smith.

Would be a massive loss, already reeling from the loss of Widdop. An uncomfortable night is shaping for the storm. I just hope we give them a good run because it could be good enough to grab the win.

Smith is crucial to any side he plays in and Cronk will be far less effective without Smith and
widdop

We are a serious chance at home of winning especially seeing Slater is having elbow issues as well

Said it happened just prior to the dust-up. So he didn't see it happen, he was still down in back play.

I really think we can get them this weekend, I just hope if they lose a few we don't take them too lightly because of it.

Slater won't be suspended, but I'll be happy if Smith is out. Still a massive ask to knock the Storm over anyway.

He mentioned in an interview after the game that he was behind the goal line receiving attention on his eye when the fight started therefor didn't see what happened. I Dont recall the incident

Smith to miss NRL clash with Tigers - NRL.com

Melbourne and Queensland skipper Cameron Smith will miss Saturday's NRL clash with the Wests Tigers after cutting his right eye in State of Origin game two.

The 30-year-old says he was poked in the eye just seconds before the mid-match melee that marred the Maroons' 26-6 victory at Suncorp Stadium.

Smith had the four small cuts stitched up in Brisbane on Thursday morning, but the club later confirmed the hooker would not travel to Leichhardt Oval on the advice of doctors.

"The specialist has advised Smith that he shouldn't fly or play this weekend due to the possibility of further risk," the Storm posted on its website.

Smith had earlier expressed his concern about causing any further damage to the injury.

"It's around a pretty delicate area, so I don't really want to jeopardise the rest of the year just for one match," he said.

Smith said the injury had left him in the dark about what happened during the brawl.

"I was back on our tryline just holding my eye because I couldn't see out of it at all," he said.

"Then obviously the crowd erupted and I looked up and everyone was just into it, so I thought `Oh, here we go, I'm going to have to make my way up to the referee and see what's happened'."

I haven't read anything about Slater being injured, only Smith.
