I have been following West and now Weststigers for over 55 years. When a Magpie fan I actually lived in the Balmain district so always had time for them and happy to see the merger.
So it’s with a lot of passion I ask the following 25 questions.
1. Why the hell have we no single attacking move what so ever in the backs.
2. Other than the grubber kick on the 5th, what is our structure and attack plan within 10 meters of the line
3. Why do we even bother to have good backs when we don't give them the ball.
4. Why is Mosses not allowed to touch the ball in attack and actually do something.
5. Why do the forwards take the ball so flat and almost from standing start.
6. Why can Chris Lawrence never pass the ball.
7. Why do we not move Lawrence into Second row and replace Sironen who flounders on the left side and never can catch a ball and only has one line he can run.
8. Why does Marty Tapau now slow down and veer sideways just before hitting the line when last year he hit it at 100 miles an hour.
9. Why does Fararh and others insist on doing stupid little kicks on the third or fourth tackle when we are five meters out.
10. Why does Big Keith now only run at half pace when hitting the ball up.
11. Why did we buy Halatau rather than nurture in a new and exciting hooker to replace Farrah when he moves on.
12. Why is Kiddwell assistant coach.? Who is the attacking coach.
13. If obviously we have no attacking moves, what the hell do the players practice Mon – Fri.
14. Why do we pay a coach that comes up with a game plan of five hits up one of the ruck and then kick straight down throat of the full back with no pressure applied
15. Why did we get rid of Potter because he didn't want to play with Mosses in the side and replace him with a coach who puts him in the side but has no plan of using him, other than to feed the scrum and we lose the ball.
16. Where is Nofoaluma? Best player on field against Knights.
17. Why do we have no structure in the forwards unlike most of the other sides.
18. Why do we have a winger who is slower than me. (yes he can kick goals)
19. What does Sironen bring to our game?
20. What does Moses do on tackles 1-5\. And then half the time on tackles six because Brookes kicks it the other half of the time.
21. Why can we not pass the ball more than three times.
22. What is Lawrence bringing to our game in the centers.
23. Why can we not get Hoeter more into our game. (probably because we don't use our back line)
24. On form this year why do we not start with Sue and have Keith on the bench.
25. Finally…………..what is this coach doing all week.
