For 2017 - If Woods signs elsewhere then take it of him and give it to ET for the remainder of the year.

Next year lets see who we sign before we decide. If ET does a good job this year you would expect that he will stay as captain but if we get say Graham (not that i think we will) or Widdop then they maybe a better candidates (for example).

Elijah Taylor would be my choice. From what I have seen in the last few weeks he has the makings of a fine Captain. Leads on the field and speaks very well off the field. He is someone the players could get behind, even if he is a New Zealander. I wouldn't even wait for Woods to leave I would do it now and take the burden off Woods shoulders.

Brooks is absolutely not captain material.
