We brought Sheens in because we needed some discipline in the club after the Lamb/Langmack era. Maybe Potter has been seen by club management as an interim coach and already have someone else in mind.

You give them far too much credit. They are still paying our last coach and you think they have a plan for the next one? Yeah right…

its an independent board now, not the BS we had before.

Mayer must act very very quickly or this coaching thing or it could blow up. At present we are looking like a very unprofessional outfit and that will have a negative effect on the bottom line, sponsors and memberships will take a hit.

We cant have these mini mutinies happening every other year because our players are not happy with the coach. As for Mayers media release,Iam okay with it, he has come on in the open and basically said their is a problem and they are going to work this problem out in house and not in a open forum. To me that is the way to go as long as they make a decision and than support their coach 100% and not bow to the players when times get tough

I think Langmack could have made a great coach had he had a decent enough team.

I agree from what little i saw,i think he's just a normal guy that doesn't need the grief that follows the head coach around.

The guys need a win or 2 to make all this 'speculation' go away, going to be hard but players need to lift, first thing is not giving away stupid penalties.

The long term plan was to have Sheens there for a couple of more years and for Payten to then take over. Rather than Sheens for the last two years it has been Potter but the plan is still the same.

If this is the case then so be it .. But if it all comes to a head as you say ? It's disgusting the way Potter has been treated IMO
