CEO - Shane Richardson

Well CSS is actually in Leumeah so building it there isn’t a bad idea. I assume it’s close to the stadium, but it’s not going to be funded like the Concord COE was. The one being built in the south west is $16.7 million and is in partnership with the club, WSU, MacArthur Bulls and South West sport of academy. The one in Concord was about $70-$80 million can’t remember exact amount.

I still think for now Concord is going to be the main training ground for the club. The club would be dumb to abandon that big of a facility unless something better comes along.

I understand wanting to make our presence known better in the south west, but I think the fan attendance this year will help determine the course of action. If LO does better than CSS it does make it difficult I think to make that decision. They still may go ahead with it but if they do and LO does better fan attendance wise, I don’t think they can abandon it completely. Probably can still do 2-3 games a year at least. Be interesting to see what they decide.
2 or 3 LO games at a boutique redeveloped stadium they would pack those games out, and they should ebe playing the likes of Roosters parramatta etc in those games
Base the remainder out of CSS redeveloped
Scrap Magic Round and Tamworth so you have a full 12 home games
3 LO
9 CSS
Key is trying to get both ground redeveloped

You do realise Magic Round is an NRL initiative and not something the Tigers can unilaterally cancel??

Plus the entire notion of both grounds being redeveloped is beyond unrealistic!

We do though put our hand up to be the home team at magic round each year.

We generate plenty of cash, we need to
translate that to dubs. That interview with
Richo above was very insightful 👌🏽

Hope you're having a good Xmas my friend

Seems like we put our hand up to give many home games away. Considering we have so many home grounds, I'm of the opinion that we need to demand other clubs start supporting Magic Round and Country areas. I'm happy to support such things, in fact I encourage it, but I'm tired of other clubs not doing so.

Kind of makes it redundant being one of the honest few…

You do realise you elect to be the home team at magic round each year ????
we can not nominate to be the home team each year that would be a start .....
Get a home game back

why wouldn't both grounds get developed LO would be state and council doubtnthe tigers have to tip anything in for that one
