I think there is something there, especially Luia. Good player but possibly not the best captain/bloke.

I am definitely not sure but have faith in his ability to make things happen. If he can get our two grounds up to standard and get us playing finals while he’s employed by the club I think it’s an ultimate success.

There was nothing new or even that interesting in the WTigers stuff but the Super League discussion was CEO level strategy and very interesting.

Just goes to show Richo's intimate knowledge of all things Rugby League.

With Richo having interest in ESL I'd like to see WT try a sister club relationship with an ESL club and ability to loan / swap players between the 2 x clubs in first instance before they go on open market, learn tactics & skills, swap / loan coaching & conditioning staff etc.

Interesting in today’s club training pics on socials are both Matamua & Tumeth. Usually this weekly post only has players in the NRL 17 for that week. Maybe club has been told by RLPA they have to make them feel included or something 🤷‍♂️

He talks about how we have cash and we can just wait for opportunities.

He says clubs over extend themselves then can’t afford to resign players and how you would be stupid if you can’t realise who he’s talking about.

I feel he is referring to DCE bc Manly can’t afford his market value and it’s been in the news recently OR it could be Kai Pearce Paul. Hopefully both.

He was talking about a signing for this year in a few weeks time, if I remember correctly. There's a club over the cap and we are ready to swoop

I think the club probably did it to help them both mentally with what they had to endure with the fake stories being written about them. Kudos to the club .

The decision to not even consider the Tigers offer basically confirms it, in my opinion.

Didn’t Richo say words to the effect? I know where he is going to?
How can this all be the case without him being released of his current contract?

One thing I would like to see is Benji speak up when we get shafted by the referee .like Ricky

For me, the only time to really worry about a coach, is if, 3 years in, they're putting their best team out, and they're getting absolutely smashed.

This is a good idea , we should link with a ESL club , join forces and as well link with a Brisbane based cup team like Easts Tigers , then you have plenty of area for development , young guys who show promise bring to easts tigers or. Wests Tigers to develop their game , , 6 month stints from UK
