CEO - Shane Richardson

Just about every team cops a hiding, Melbourne conceded 40 to the Dolphins a few weeks ago. It’s about how they respond over the back half of the season that will tell us more about Benj.
For abundant caution and respect, i will entertain your thesis, however remote the proposition is that he will find enlightenment.

Im afraid its a game too far for Benji.

Yes agree and we are Tigers supporters for now we should support our coach not bag him out, if he turns out he's not up for it he said himself he will walk either that our Richo will tap him on the shoulder.

But for now, we should get behind him and hope he succeeds.

He has said on a few occasions that this is not the hardest. He seems extremely confident that your timeline is overs.
He may have underestimated how deep the losing cultures of Western Suburbs and Balmain run.
I suspect 3 to 4 years is correct. We need to bring another half a dozen first grade calibre players in so that some of the guys who are currently in our 17 can take the rightful places as depth players and kings of KOE.
100%

Just to remind everyone, Richo has not yet been here 18 months.

This time last year, he was a few months into being interim CEO.

Anybody thinking this rebuild, which seems on the surface to be one of, if not the hardest jobs in the NRL era, will take less than 3/4 years, needs to recalibrate their expectations.
I certainly don’t have any high expectations of us this season, despite a promising start. I just don’t want us to finish last again. That’s the only wish I have for this year.

Ill just make it clear, as a paid up member i will criticise any officer or employee of the club whenever i want to because thats my right and entitlement.

But anyone reading my posts and understanding where i come from, im often the first in the line to mete out a forum beating against our external club critics wherever i find them.

To dispense with natural justice, suspend all proceedural fairness, pronounce them guilty and gladly carry out the sentence personally.

Richo needs to share some positive news as the last few weeks have been very poor by the team and club and a few decent signings would get the supporters geared up for the second half of the competition to push for a top 8 spot.
I wonder what the hold up has been with those signings he mentioned - because the club, like you said, need positive news stories.

If he goes to Parra I cannot see him overcalling Moses and it will likely see him get the spray that Moses gives. I just see him imploding the culture at the Dogs if he goes there as Romey and Critta are very close and he would know what is happening here as players talk.
Yup - I'm looking forward to him landing at his next club, and not being happy there either. Could very well go the Aaron Woods route.

Don’t worry he will have daddy there to wipe his arse when it all becomes to much for the little pedal

Listening to Ben Ikin today talking about his time at the bears and how good it was to ride a relative wave of success with a traditionally struggling club.

And he was a big part of it.

Even Gus Gould said "fans follow clubs and not players" something Richo understands intimately.

Took him 6 years plus to turn Souths in a competitive side and he spoke about the power of GI in that fine effort.

As for the Renno interest, theres the Richo network in action. Hes known Adam for a long time.

Bringing Ben Teo to Souths, careful roster management throughout the year really helped their cause.

Madge hasnt had anything close to his successful Souths side except origin.

Wonder if Richo will still be here in 3-4 years ..l hope so because i doubt the job will be finished by then ..

Richo needs a big week this week. The fans need something…
Yes he does , and I’m not sledging him as I feel he has done a good job on recruiting players so far , but this Galvin shit has really stuffed us up , good start to season then bang instant shit storm , move him on today , get photos of the players at training tomorrow all smiles , life goes on style , then those 3 signings need to drop one after the other or all 3 at once ( Tigers Sign - KPP - Taylan May - ?suprise ) and will join the tigers before June 30. 1 out 3 in , then keep going and remove players like Tumeth , Matta , Naden , and bring in 3 more players bordering first grade but held back by good players
