The NRL states a roster of 30 as at 30 June - that's the only certainty in whatever processes are happening.
We'll know soon enough.
And so far as the lack of depth in the roster, this is nothing new - the squad limitations were there before Richo came on board and change takes time.

I posted a while back that the Reynolds chase could be so Brisbane hurry up and use their salary cap and see who they can keep. So we either get Reynolds or they pay him more than they want and that means they can’t keep someone else like Kobe. So we get 1 or the other.
I also think Fafita still might be a consideration in the background.

He said 3. May and KPP haven't been a secret at all.

The 3rd and further signings will be the interesting ones. Everyone and their dog knows Fifita and Reynolds names have been tossed around for a bit, im waiting to hear if there's any actual news we don't know. Hasn't been anything for 2 weeks.
