The board needs to go before the CEO

The board won't be going anywhere.

Yeah, no accountability.
It’s starts at the top for us and permeates down.

This is why we won’t be going forward either.

Rubbish talk, not Pascoe fault that another coach turned out lame.
He has delivered more than any other in our combined history. COE, running a profit, etc.
Problem is listen to our coach every week same old crap lines, eg the boys are really gelling up here, we are training fantastic, we’ve got a great young me here, ebbs and flows, etc.
My favourite is when we beat a crap side like the donkeys he says ‘I told u all that this team can do it’.
Man, read between the lines, delusional!!
No idea, lost the plot, etc, etc.

Do us all a favour and move on !
This club is were it is under you control , the laid back approach does not cut it anymore .. after 11 seasons of failure enough is enough ! We as members and supporters deserve a CEO that will drive this club forward and instill a winning culture …I am saying this as nicely as possible ..

The current CEO, hasn’t been here for the last 11 seasons, I actually think he has got the club in pretty good shape, outside of our FG team?

Others will know know more than me on this, but there is no voting boards in and out here? So I guess we deserve what we are given and nothing more, we all want success, do you not think the club doesn’t?

The whole organisation needs a shake up. I am at a loss at who needs to stay or go in regards to front office. Something needs to change big time

This times 2. Pascoe it’s not working thanks but no thanks. Madge it’s not working, thanks but no thanks. Assistants it’s not working thanks but no thanks. Brooks it’s not working thanks but no thanks.

And the rest of the squad?

Common denominator of not playing finals in how long (Pascoe and brooks).

nofo has been there just as long

He can go aswell .

nofo played ok tonight buy again he did what nofo always does make a crucial mistake playing the ball

What do you think of how every run is either backwards or side ways?
How can we keep defending this guy?

A try here and there isn't enough to make him bulletproof surely.

90% of his tries he just has to fall over the line. Has he scored a try this year where he had to work for it? Sick of his sideways running aswell.

Who do you bring in?

He reports to the same board now that were responsible for the failure of the Wests magpies and their expulsion from the NRL.

The chairman is fanboy who does his best work talking up fantasy scenarios in the media. I honestly don't know how we turn this club around.

Elias

I do assume that you are joking

So who appointed the coach ?

It is going to be interesting which way the faceless flop in the coming weeks..

Reading some of the comments on here, it is obvious that there is a complete ignorance of the corporate structure of the Wests Tigers. Negative comments such as the dumb ass who stated above "He reports to the same board now that were responsible for the failure of the Wests magpies and their expulsion from the NRL." is pure fiction. None of the 1999 Board at Wests are still involved with the Club. Check out Wests financial performance and they are doing very well. So whoever 'Harvey' is, HOW ABOUT GETTING THE FACTS RIGHT BEFORE YOU START DRIBBLING HERE. By the way, im a Balmain person, not Wests.

Yeah, Pascoe had a shocker. Dropped the Ball, Missed Tackles, Crummy Kicks, Poor Direction, Penalties & there was something else but I cant remember. Oh yes,I remember, HOW ABOUT THE PLAYERS ???????????

Sadly they are untouchable and always will be unless we can get Lucretia Borgia to do the catering for their next meeting.(Joke)

No but he is one of the guys who is part of the recruitment committee, helps make decisions in regard to the coaching team and he reports to the board. Lots of problems all on his watch.

Remember the coffee shop meeting with Roberts? Pascoe front and centre. The flying trip to Brisbane? Driving to Taree to meet with Latrell? He’s 100% involved in signing players.
