Yep - the sheens/moltzen haters look dumber than they usually do now.

We've got the genius pulling the strings and the moltz man at the back.

Good times !

Channel Nine has tonight reported that Tim Sheens has agreed to stay with the Wests Tigers for a further 3 years. Details are to be announced tomorrow.

[UPDATE:] TIM Sheens has knocked back a massive deal from the Penrith Panthers to stay loyal to the Wests Tigers.

The veteran NRL coach announced the decision just after 6pm tonight.

The deal will keep him at the Wests Tigers for a further three years.

Sheens had previously agreed verbally to re-sign with the Tigers, but was thrown when offered a massive deal by the Panthers at the last minute.

The Panthers deal was worth an estimated $2.5 million - a staggering $1.28 million more than his Tigers deal.

Like the rumour sheens would be leaving its would be bs.

Nobody could ever say sheens does not love our club he could have made a mint at penrith but stayed with us.Now i think he knows something very special going to happen at wests tigers.

I thought it was time for him to move on,

but i have to say i have a whole different level of respect for him now.

I'm sure Bug and co will turn over in their respective graves.. once they off themselves the second they read/hear the news.

Good news. I'm sure Adam Blair will commit to the black&gold in the next week now that the coach is sorted.

Brilliant. Totally happy, there's no other coach available I'd rather have. A coach at the helm for this long at the same club is definitely a great thing; he has built and is continuing to build something special.

I hope the loyalty Sheens has shown will rub onto the players, I'm sure it will.

Great news.

It has taken Tim Sheens a few years to build up the first grade squad we have now.

He deserves to see where it takes us to over the next three years.

they've all signed long term contracts so they've already shown loyalty…n if u consider 2 final series appearences in almost 10 yrs as something special then ur easily pleased

fantastic news!! for those who dont think so, imagine if we hadve got ricky stuart instead, hed be awful n i dont understand y hes the blues coach
