Based on the comments Benji makes on camera, he is tight as a drum with Luai and Api … one has get out clauses and the other hasn’t re- signed yet …although we have seen these days that you don’t need a contract to force your way out …

I assume you watched them play last week … if thats what it looks like without without Luai and Api at hooker than keep Benj here another year and hope for the best … last week without them was straight back to the past three years …

Yes I watched and I definitely want Api and Luia to stay. I just don't think you can say for sure they'll leave if Benji is sacked.

Do you really doubt the Chammas stuff ? He is a pretty good journo I’ve found that doesn’t make stuff up … someone is feeding him that info …

you’re underestimating our stench, especially if we sack the coach and our marquee players walk

Our 17 is short of 4 quality players in addition to our chronic lack of depth. These shortcomings in our roster cannot be addressed overnight. Luai, Turuva, May, Bird etc are excellent signings and hopefully there will be further additions to KPP and May for 2026. The club has also moved on a number of players to free up roster spots for new signings, so Richardson is doing his best. Luai and Marshall no doubt have influence within the NRL and many of our signings occurred because of them.

The only real new info was the AD / Benji dust up… AD is out the door anyway, given his move to Moses, so I’m not losing any sleep over that,,,

Since your so well credentialed to determine Benji shouldn’t have been appointed, you still haven’t responded with who should have been appointed instead.?

What’s missing from the discussion is there is a strong likelihood Latu Fainu is a better long term 7 than Galvin. Haywood is a better prospect long term than TDS. Api is the better player for the next two seasons.

I am just curious - does this therefore mean you have concerns with Benji's decisions as he wanted to pay Galvin a million dollars a season and tried to sign Adam Reynolds?

Really? They told him to keep playing because we had won a couple i.e good omen. Besides, I would call that kind if thats the worse you can come up with given his results.

I can't believe no one remembers that it was Da silva and Tartak that said they would not stay if we extended Api. We chose to extend Api. Next thing he is gone. Is that not agitating for a release? Somewhat i think.

Experience in lower grades, NRLW, England, NRL assistant or former NRL head coach?
Ties to the club or completely removed?
