An injury free pre season and I reckon we'll see the best of Rowdy in 2013\. Need to remember coming back from a dislocated hip is no easy task. 2013 is a make or break year for him.

Given his injury toll Lawrence deserves a chance to impress again if he is finally injury free next season. But yes, at present he is a shadow of the superstar he was in the past.

In a team full of ordinary performances, I thought Lawrence was our best yesterday. It was a good return from injury. The only bright spot of a lamentable effort.

There has been a lot of rumour that he's been carrying injuries? But I do agree, he has rarely looked enthusiastic this season.

I actually thought he was starting to find form before this latest injury. He was okay yesterday, not as bad as some.

He is still young and if the injury rumours are true I hope he can treat them in the off season and work on getting back to where he was.

He came back a week early and because his ankle was injured its hard to know how much strapping etc there still is
Strapping tells a lot about a player. Check out Fulton most weeks, I can't remember seeing him without masses of strapping (chest etc). Rowdy had a lot of strapping on his hammy this season prior to this injury so let's hope with a good offseason he will be back to 100% and the player we know he is.

It's not an easy task coming back from an injury. If he was to do anything to impede it, he could be gone for another season.

Lawrence will come good, Ayshford I thought was improving but his defence wasn't up to it yesterday
