Christmas shopping

The Wife and i paid the price for leaving X Mas shopping so late . Robina Town Centre was crazy for Parking , Check outs on self serve waiting a good 10 minutes 😱pen_mouth: .
I got so irritated , they had a Counter outside Big W with some lovely ladies (Volunteers) mind you giving up there time and wrapping up presents for a Gold coin Donation and them supplying the wrapping paper , so i gave them $ 10 to do 5 presents , This is the irritated bit a Woman comes along and starts her complaining " oh i don't like the Wrapping paper this year" , she puts all her presents in her trolley and gives them $1 to wrap 8 presents , i tell you i was :rant .
But yeah good luck to all you X Mas shoppers , Patience is a Virtue this time of the year :wink:

I'm currently at Port Stephens on a weeks fishing holiday !
I haven't been to any shops in about 8 years … My mrs lives to shop so I hand over the cash and leave her to it lol .

Funny you say that hobbo , my Mrs knows i can't stand shopping Malls etc. , i'm like you i do the same my Mrs does it every year without me . It was my day of and she conned me into it :laughing: , but i made sure the list was done and we knew exactly every present + she said " will have some Kamikaze Japanese Restaurant " she got me when she said that . :smiley:

If I went Xmas shopping for the WT's I'd be in debt until 2159 and I wouldn't let an NRL person near the front doors and would have filing cabinets at all our home grounds :wink:

Due to work and other commitments, Xmas shopping was put on the back burner this year too. Going to do it all this Saturday. I love shopping so i'am looking forward to spending our hard earned cash on loved ones. Not looking forward to the crowds though.
